Policy

- Free initial consultations.
- $100 start up fee, not refundable. Start Up fee is included in the Total Project's Price.
- Free draft design (within 3-14 days).
- Payment is required within 7 days after service was provided. An additional fee (10% of the amount) will be applied for late payments.
- $25 fee for "bad" checks (Not sufficient funds, funds are not available, etc.).
- No charge if you decided to cancel the project when the project is already in the progress (except $100 start up fee).
- There is 3-month holding period from the date of the draft design. If payment is not received during this period (3 month), the project is considered canceled.
- If payment is received after the holding period (3 month),additional charge--$50 is required.
- Free 1-month Web Site technical support. The period of 1 months begins from the date when The project is completed.
Special note will be sent to you about the date.
During this 1 months you can make any changes on your existing pages (content, images, etc.).
If you need to add more content to your existing page, additional payment may be required.
Additional payment will be required if you need to add other pages or change the existing page completelly.
- No additional charges for project redesign (within the design period).
- Any your advice about improving your project will be considered.
- You can provide your own images for your Web Site.
