Silna Yoga combines different styles of yoga and therapeutic methods to achieve maximum healing effect. In my yoga sequences I use Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Power Yoga, Core Yoga, Chakra Yoga and other techniques. Doesn´t matter if you are a beginner or practice yoga for years, you will find definite benefits from the classes. Pranayamas-the breathing techniques- make the most importance in my method of teaching. Each class starts and ends with Pranayamas. Deep relaxation and meditation are other important techniques. I guide every final relaxation to ensure the best relaxation. |
If you think that you will not be able to perform yoga positions, don´t worry, I use props and different asanas´ variations that allows everybody to participate to the maximum of their ability in according to their levels of strength and flexibility. If you want to feel better in four-six weeks-come to the class (at least twice a week). Please come on empty stomach and wear comfortable clothes. You are welcome to have your own yoga mat, block and strap, but it is not necessary. |
Successfully fighting with depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, back and neck pain through yoga and meditation I have realized that a key factor of this success comes from the improvement of my POSTURE.
